I bought several of your feeders and they were a big hit! Our Caique and Cockatoo vocalize every time they see us doing anything with the feeders. Placing an ear of corn into the large feeder provides the birds with fun times while we are away at work, I can see where she has had to move it around to try and gain access to more of the corn. Thanks for the ideas on your blog, keep the information coming.

I bought a small feeder for our budgies. The best part about this feeder toy is the fact that I can mount it from the middle of their cage and I can put the millet in it. It prevents the massive mess that my little babies were making for me every morning. Dishwasher safe- yeah!

I bought a large feeder toy for our military macaw and he loves it. When we leave for work we place whole nuts into the feeder and he goes to town. We have caught him going back several times to check the feeder when it is empty in the hopes that something might have popped up. We are buying a second feeder when we see you again in Orlando because he doesn't even want to eat out of the bowl anymore. Who knew? Thank you for your help and the information you gave us at the show.

I have been familiar with the idea of captive-foraging for some time, I read an article about it in Bird Talk magazine. I purchased some acrylic captive foraging feeders but they turned out to be a bit of a pain because they have tiny little screws and corners for food to get stuck. I dropped a screw and my grey broke the feeder by prying it apart with her beak and cracking the other spot where a screw goes. I purchased one of your feeder-toys in Norcross, GA and have been so pleased. It really is just as easy as popping the caps off, and placing it in the dishwasher, my only suggestion is to offer shorter bolts.
